1. I don't know whether I love or hate Marmite...I've never tried it!
2. I'm the woman in red in the movie My Week with Marilyn (with Eddie Redmayne, Emma Watson, Michelle Williams, Dame Judy Dench and Kenneth Brannagh)
3. People tend to be surprised to hear where I'm from.

Pilates is mindful movement that strengthens your core, tones your body, and calms your mind. 

I have been working in the Fitness Industry since 2003. Originally from a dance background, I qualified as a fitness instructor in Exercise to Music, Circuit Training and Gym Instruction, and as a Personal Trainer at Level 3. While working in a gym in Islington, North London, I discovered my passion for Pilates and became a Pilates Matwork Instructor in 2007.

During my years of experience in teaching students of various backgrounds, ages and abilities, I have developed the ability to adapt my teaching to my individual students' needs and goals. It is inspiring to see my students gaining in muscle tone, strength, flexibility, body awareness, reduced stress levels and an overall improvement in their general well-being. Over the years, I have successfully been teaching group class students and private clients.

​It is a joy to know that I am contributing to making a difference in my students' lives, helping them to be in better shape, be more comfortable in their skin and reduce some of those aches and pains.
