These adult Ballet classes are for beginners, so if you always wanted to do ballet, or have done it many moons ago, this class is for you!
Please do not feel you need to be skinny or flexible to do this class! Participants are of all sort of shapes and sizes. We're just normal people, a very friendly bunch, who enjoy a bit of ballet on a Saturday morning :)
What to wear: comfortable exercise clothes such as leggings, t-shirt, jumper or cardi. If you don't have ballet shoes, you can try the class in socks and get shoes when attending on a regular basis. If you are thinking of buying new ballet shoes, I would recommend canvas split-soles. (Vegan options are available too!)
Requirements: You will need to be able to balance without support and have a basic sense of co-ordination.
