Improvers classes are for those who have completedThe Complete Beginners Course or if you've done some Pilates a while ago and wish to get back into it. We will work on building your repertoire of exercises and your confidence to eventually join the intermediate class. LEVEL 1&2:Easy Improvers This class is for you if you have some basic knowledge of the Pilates principles, are familiar with the basic exercises, and want to strengthen your Pilates skills towards the more challenging Improvers classes.
LEVEL 2&3:Challenging Improvers This class is for you if you are comfortable in the Improvers classes and would like to challenge yourself towards the Intermediate Level classes.
LEVEL 3: This level is for you if you are familiar with my Level 2 classes and feel comfortable doing the more challenging options, or if you have been practicing Pilates at intermediate level elsewhere. Ideally you have a sound knowledge of the Pilates technique and are ready to join a challenging class.
These classes are suitable for healthy women and men (aged 16-60). If you have any medical issues, such as joint or muscular problems, recent or old injuries, or pregnancy, please contact me before making your booking.
How to join
Block bookings A few weeks before the start of the new term, block bookings open. Be sure to be on my mailing list to get the new term dates as soon as they're available! Once the term has started, you will need a class card to join. Class Cards Class Cards are valid for 3 months. You can use your 6 session class card for any Level 2 and Level 3 class. Trial Session If you want to try a class first, you can book a one-off taster session. Please contact me to arrange this.

Each class is a full body workout, challenging all your major muscle groups, your core strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility. Class sizes are limited to ensure that you have enough space around you to work at your full range of movement, and also so that I am be able to give every student my attention.
Please note that these classes are not suitable for pregnant students. I offer 1:1 prenatal sessions which offer you an individual workout that accommodates your changing needs during your pregnancy.
