Level 2 Classes

are for those who have done the Beginners Classes for a few terms or if you've done some Pilates a while ago and wish to get back into it.  We will work on building your repertoire of exercises and your confidence to eventually join the intermediate level.

Level 3 Classes

are for you if you are familiar with my Level 2 classes and feel comfortable doing the more challenging options, or if you have been practicing Pilates at intermediate level elsewhere. Ideally you have a sound knowledge of the Pilates technique and are ready to join a challenging class.

These classes are suitable for healthy women and men (aged 16-60). 
If you have any medical issues, such as joint or muscular problems, recent or old injuries, or pregnancy, please contact me before making your booking. 

How to join

Block bookings
A few weeks before the start of the new term, block bookings open. Be sure to be on my mailing list to get the new term dates as soon as they're available! Once the term has started, you will need a class card to join.

Class Cards
Class Cards are valid for 3 months. You can use your 6 session class card for any Level 2 and Level 3 class.

Trial Session
If you want to try a class first, you can book a one-off taster session. Please contact me to let me know which class you would like to try.

Class Cards for Level 2 & Level 3 classes

If you find it tricky to commit to a block booking, you can now join us when you feel like it. To do so, all you need is your 6 Session Class Card and your own mat.

You can use your 6 Session Class Card for any Level 2 or Level 3 class. Classes do not need to be consecutive but used within 3 months from date of purchase.

​If you're new to my classes I would suggest to join one of the Level 2 classes first to get a feel for the style & level. 
By purchasing your class card you agree to bringing your own mat to class.

Venues

Level 2 classes are at the Ted Ray Scout Hall, 123-127 Springbank Rd, SE13 6SS.
Wednesday's Level 3 class is at the 
M
ethodist Church Hall, Torridon Rd, SE6 1RQ.

Equipment

Mats are provided at the Springbank Rd venue but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. 
If you're coming along to the Torridon Rd venue you need your own mat as there are no mats at that venue.
If you're using a 6 session class card you need to bring your own mat to either venue.

Attendance

If you can't make it to one class, you can come along to the other same Level class to make up the session.
​Subject to prior agreement and during the same term only.

Payments

Bookings are taken via Acuity Scheduling up to 12 hrs before the first class.
NEW: Card payments now accepted as well as Paypal

​Each class is a full body workout, challenging all your major muscle groups, your core strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility.   
​
Class sizes are limited to ensure that you have enough space around you to work at your full range of movement, and also so that I am be able to give every student my attention.

Please note that these classes are not suitable for pregnant students.
​I offer 1:1 prenatal sessions which offer you an individual workout that accommodates your changing needs during your pregnancy. ​​
