These days, we can pretty much exercise whenever and wherever we want but do we?
Well, that's why it's so helpful to have someone who keeps you accountable and takes you through a session that is at the level and pace that's right for you. Not just in general but also depending on the day. Pilates can be adapted to be a tough workout or a calming mindfulness practice. Or a bit of both. In our initial session, we will explore what you wish to work on and where you're at. You can ask questions and have peace of mind that you are doing the right exercises, and know that you are doing them correctly. |
