The Levels

from complete beginner to advanced

Level-specific classes only, no "one-size-fits-all" here

In my classes you will be in good company with other lovely students at a similar level to your own.
​Classes are small in size to ensure I can see everyone and assist with corrections and modifications.

beginners

is for those of you who have never done Pilates before. This may also be the right level for you if you're returning to Pilates after a while.
Available online (private sessions) and in person (group and private sessions).

improvers

is right for you if you know your Pilates ABCs and the basic exercises.

intermediate

is for you if you have done the improvers classes for a few terms and you're familiar with the basic exercises and concepts.  We will work on building your repertoire of exercises and your confidence to do more challenging variations.

advanced

are for you if you are familiar with my intermediate classes and feel comfortable doing the more challenging options, or if you have been practicing Pilates at intermediate level elsewhere.

Ballet for adult beginners & improvers

These classes cover basic ballet technique, stretching & strengthening. 
Available online
(private sessions) and in person (group class and private sessions)

The above classes are suitable for healthy women and men (aged 25-55). 
If you have any medical issues, such as joint or muscular problems, recent or old injuries, or pregnancy, please contact me before making your booking. 

Postnatal Classes

are suitable for new mums recovering from childbirth and also for women who are in need of a gentle core-restore class before joining general classes.

Prenatal Sessions

are suitable for pregnant women. During these sessions we work on exercises that support your body during your pregnancy and prepare you for the physical challenge that comes with having a new baby.

How to join

Block bookings
A few weeks before the start of the new term, block bookings open. Be sure to be on my mailing list (scroll down to join) to get the new term dates as soon as they're available! Once the term has started, you will need a class card to join.

Class Cards are valid for 3 months.
