You do not have to live with an unreliable pelvic floor. 

If your pelvic floor weakness and/or dysfunction is due to muscular inefficiency, then there is a good chance that you can regain pelvic floor strength and function with personalised pelvic floor health exercises. (And no, that's not just "Kegels". They may even be one of the issues.)

If jumping, running, sneezing, coughing and laughing are rather precarious activities for you at the moment or if you are experiencing other symptoms such as an inability to fully empty your bladder or back pain, and you would like to improve or even completely resolve these issues, let's work together to get you there.

Jump for Joy Pelvic Floor Programme

Jump for Joy is a 1:1 online programme designed to restore a happy pelvic floor you can rely on again.

After our initial consultation, we will meet on zoom once a week for about 10 minutes where we will go over a specific exercise with you that you can easily build into your daily life.

(Don't worry these exercises are completely non-invasive.)

The exercises are specifically designed to restore your pelvic floor's natural function that goes far beyond doing "Kegels". 

This 10-week-programme re-integrates your pelvic floor in a way that allows it to work the way it was designed to, as part of a whole. 

We will cover the mind-body connection, breathing patterns and habitual patterns to bring your pelvic floor back into balance so you can rely on it again to cope with all the happy moments and the unexpected events as well.
