Interactive Zoom Classes: Group Classes Pilates for Beginners & Improvers 1:1 & 2:1 Sessions Pilates (all levels) and Ballet (beginners)
The next Complete Beginners Course is starting 9th June 2022 in person!
Please note that there are only a limited amount of places on this in person course, and this course tends to get fully booked. If you would like to join this course, please book in good time to avoid disappointment.

Zoom Classes are not recorded and there will be no replay. They are interactive. You may receive modifications and feedback where needed, and you can ask questions.
