The Levels

Level 1 Classes

are right for you if you have never done Pilates before or if you're returning to Pilates after a while.
Available online and in person (group and private sessions)

Level 2 Classes

are for you if you have done the Level 1 Classes for a few terms and you're familiar with the basic exercises and concepts.  We will work on building your repertoire of exercises and your confidence to eventually join the intermediate level.
Available online and in person (group and private sessions)

Level 3 Classes

are for you if you are familiar with my Level 2 classes and feel comfortable doing the more challenging options, or if you have been practicing Pilates at intermediate level elsewhere. Ideally you have a sound knowledge of the Pilates technique and are ready to join a challenging class.
Available online and in person (group and private sessions)

Ballet for adult beginners

Currently, these classes are offered online and cover basic ballet technique, stretching & strengthening for when we're back in the studio.
Available online
(group and private sessions) and in person (private sessions)

Level 1, 2 & 3 classes are suitable for healthy women and men (aged 16-60). 
If you have any medical issues, such as joint or muscular problems, recent or old injuries, or pregnancy, please contact me before making your booking. 

Postnatal Classes

are suitable for new mums recovering from childbirth and also for women who are in need of a gentle core-restore class before joining general classes. 
Available online (group and private sessions) and in person (private sessions)

Prenatal Sessions

are suitable for pregnant women. During these sessions we work on exercises to support your body during your pregnancy and prepare you for the physical challenge that comes with having a new baby.
Available in person (private sessions)

How to join

Block bookings
A few weeks before the start of the new term, block bookings open. Be sure to be on my mailing list to get the new term dates as soon as they're available! Once the term has started, you will need a class card to join.

Class Cards
Class Cards are valid for 3 months.

Trial Session
If you want to try a class first, you can book a one-off taster session. Please contact me to let me know which class you would like to try.
